Since 2018, the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival has grown into one of the Fraser Valley’s most anticipated summer cultural events. Drawing over 15,000 visitors to the quaint and historic village of Fort Langley each July, our milestone 10th Anniversary Festival (July 22–25, 2027) will deliver an extraordinary multi-day experience.

Set along the Fraser River, the festival brings together live music, art, culture and community for a celebration like no other! From seasoned jazz musicians, youth and emerging performers and visual and Indigenous artists, the festival provides a stage for a wide range of artistic voices and creates a space for everyone to connect through music, art and community

Perform at the Festival

Are you ready to share your music and talent with thousands of passionate fans at one of the Fraser Valley’s most exciting summer music festivals?

The Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival brings together world-class headliners, national touring acts, and incredible regional and local musicians in the heart of our historic village. We celebrate a wide spectrum of talent across multiple stages and ticketed headline concerts, including big band, contemporary jazz, roots, blues, and world music.

Performer applications for our 10th annual festival (taking place July 22–25, 2027) open on October 1, 2026 and close on December 31, 2026.

We accept submissions from professional, touring, and regional, local and youth jazz and blues artists. Whether you are an established headliner or an emerging local act, we want to hear from you.

Requirements: Band bio, high-resolution band promo photo, links to your website/socials, and a high-quality live performance video.
Deadline: December 31, 2026.

Food Trucks: The Cool Blues Show

The Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival is accepting applications for mobile food vendors to serve at the highly anticipated Cool Blues Show, taking place on Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24, 2027.

This ticketed, high-energy weekend event draws thousands of hungry blues fans looking for incredible food to match the incredible music. We are looking for a diverse lineup of high-quality food trucks, trailers, and carts—from smoky BBQ and comfort food classics to vegan options, international street eats and sweet treats.

Applications open on November 1, 2026.

Event Details for Vendors

Location: Fort Langley Community Park
Operating Hours: Friday, July 23, 2027 4 – 10pm & Saturday July 24, 2027 2 – 10pm.
The Crowd: A high-volume, captive audience of ticket holders staying on-site for multiple hours to watch the headliners.

What We Look For

Speed & Efficiency: The ability to serve crowds quickly during peak concert times.
Menu Appeal: High-quality ingredients, unique flavors, and enticing presentation.
Local Compliance: Valid Fraser Health permits, up-to-date Fire Inspection decals, and a minimum of $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance.

Artisan Vendors: The Cool Blues Show

This application is for Artisans who locally hand-craft their artistic merchandise. Showcase your handmade art, crafts, goods and more at the Cool Blues Show vendor market on July 23 and 24, 2027. Applications open on November 1, 2026.

Commercial vendors: The Cool Blues Show

We welcome vendors with commercially made goods to apply for a booth at the Cool Blues Show taking place on Friday and Saturday, July 23 and 24, 2027. As a Commercial Vendor, you will be given a 10'x10' footprint within the festival grounds to promote your business and sell your products. Applications open November 1, 2026.

Non-profits & Community Groups: The Cool Blues Show

This application is for local non-profits and community groups who would like to apply for a free exhibit space to showcase your organization at the Cool Blues Show taking place on Friday and Saturday, July 23 and 24, 2027. Applications open November 1, 2026.

Brand Activation: The Cool Blues Show

We would love to have your brand activation at our Cool Blues Show! This form is intended for bigger brands or businesses who would like to support the event with your sponsorship or brand activation at the Cool Blues Show taking place on Friday and Saturday, July 23 and 24, 2027. Applications open November 1, 2026.
