2026 FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor/exhibitor at the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival 2026 Lorval Developments Cool Blues Show that takes place on July 24 and 25 at Fort Langley Community Park.

Vendor Hours

Friday, July 23: 4 – 10pm (Gates open at 6pm; show 7 – 10pm)
Saturday, July 24: 1 -10pm (Gates open at 3pm; show 4 – 10pm)

The vendor schedule is subject to change in advance of the festival. All approved vendors will be contacted if opening times are adjusted.

Vendor Fees (flat fee, no commission):

Friday fee: $150

Saturday fee: $250

Both nights: $300

Non-profits exhibit: No charge

All fees include:
-security all day/night
-festival garbage emptied daily (must keep your own area clean)
-promotion of your food truck
-maximum 3 staff on-site (who get to enjoy free live music while they work)

This is an application only. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Product quality, reputation, service, duplication of product, and environmental impact are some of the methods used to determine vendor acceptance.
