Hailed by All About Jazz as “a major new compositional voice,” Daniel Hersog leads a bold jazz orchestra featuring the "cream" of the Vancouver jazz scene. Following the critical acclaim of his 2023 release Open Spaces—which drew comparisons to the legendary Gil Evans from JazzTimes—Hersog brings a sound to the stage that is both expansive and deeply expressive.

Adding a new dimension to this performance is special guest vocalist Joanna Wallfisch. The London-born vocalist and multi-instrumentalist is celebrated globally for her expressive artistry and high-profile collaborations with the likes of Wynton Marsalis.
