LORVAL DEVELOPMENTS COOL BLUES SHOW

Vendor Hours

Friday, July 23: 4 – 10pm (Gates open at 6pm; show 7 – 10pm)
Saturday, July 24: 1 -10pm (Gates open at 3pm; show 4 – 10pm)

*Please note:
- All vehicle access to the festival grounds to be arranged with festival staff/coordinators
- No vehicles permitted on festival grounds during the events.
- Once the event has ended, no vehicles permitted on festival grounds until all festival attendees have exited the festival grounds
- No vehicles permitted on festival grounds until after 11pm

The vendor schedule is subject to change in advance of the festival. All approved vendors will be contacted if opening times are adjusted.

Vendor Fees:

Friday fee: $150

Saturday fee: $250

Both nights: $300

Non-profit exhibit: No charge

All fees include:
-security all day/night
-festival garbage emptied daily (must keep your own area clean)
-promotion of your food truck
-maximum 3 staff on-site (who get to enjoy free live music while they work)

This is an application only. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Product quality, reputation, service, duplication of product, and environmental impact are some of the methods used to determine vendor acceptance.
