The Lorval Developments Cool Blues Show is back, and we want you to be part of the magic!

 
 

We are looking for a diverse mix of food trucks, local artisans, non-profits, and creative partners to help us craft an unforgettable atmosphere. With thousands of blues fans gathered for two nights of world-class music, this is a premier opportunity to showcase your brand in the heart of the Fraser Valley.

  • 🎪 Interactive Activations: Create branded, "instagrammable," or interactive experiences that engage fans beyond the stage.

Vendor Benefits

We strive to make the vendor experience as seamless as possible. Accepted participants receive:

  • Security: Overnight on-site security provided.

  • Waste Management: Easy access to garbage and recycling facilities.

Application Details

Vendors have the flexibility to apply for one or both nights of the Cool Blues Show.

Food Trucks

  • Vendors must be in compliance with BC’s Food Premises Regulation and show consistent operations in a FoodSafe manner.

  • Vendors must have a current Fraser Health Department Certificate and Greater Vancouver Fire Chiefs’ Association approval

  • Vendors must have a valid business license and a minimum of $3M general liability insurance coverage.

  • Must be experienced in operating in high-volume environments.

  • Trucks are not permitted to park overnight.

  • The festival will assign vendor space at its discretion and reserve the right to reassign space or alter the layout at any time.

Please Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Our jury reviews all applications based on product quality, festival fit, and environmental sustainability considerations to ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.
