Our festival is a multi-day, multi-venue event that brings the Village of Fort Langley to life. Together, we create a welcoming space for artists to shine, volunteers to collaborate, and audiences of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy exceptional performances, inspiring art, and an unforgettable festival atmosphere.
The dedicated work of our summer students has been integral to the Festival's success, and we're thrilled to be bringing back our summer student positions, pending approval of the Canada Summer Jobs grant program.
Positions include:

Work Environment
• Hybrid: Remote pre-festival work with some in-person meetings.
• In-person attendance required for specific tasks the week of the festival and during the festival weekend.

Administrative Coordinator
Between May – July, 2026
Remuneration: 35 hours per week, $20.00/hour
The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital part in ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and collaboration across the festival. The role requires a high level of organization, communication, and multitasking. Key responsibilities include administrative support, data and record management, event and project coordination, financial administration and communications.
Working with a dynamic team of festival staff and volunteers, this role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Special Event Coordinators
Between June – July, 2026
Remuneration: 35 hours per week for 8 weeks, $20.00/hour
The Event Coordinators play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of the 2026 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival. This position offers valuable experience in event operations, planning, stakeholder relations, and customer service, all while supporting an unforgettable community celebration of music and art.

Volunteer and Administrative Coordinator
Between May – July, 2026
Remuneration: 35 hours per week, $20.00/hour
The Volunteer and Administrative Coordinator develops, organizes, implements, and coordinates the Volunteer Program for the annual festival. This includes recruiting, orienting, scheduling, coordinating and overseeing volunteers for the annual festival.
