Step into a world of refined flavour and rich storytelling at the newest addition to the Cool Blues Show—the Angry Otter Liquor Whisky Tasting Lounge.

This exclusive experience celebrates Canadian whiskey excellence, featuring a curated flight of J.P. Wiser’s premium selections all while enjoying music from SIX incredible Canadian blues bands!

What’s included:

  • A guided tasting flight of premium Canadian whiskies, including a welcome Old Fashioned cocktail, Wisers 10-Year-Old and 18-Year-Old and Lot 40 Dark Oak

  • A commemorative Glencairn whisky glass and passport with tasting notes

  • A masterclass led by National Brand Education Specialist for Corby Spirit and Wine, exploring the history, character and craftsmanship behind each pour

  • Access to a comfortable, curated lounge space nestled within the Cool Blues Show venue

This is more than just a tasting—it’s an experience designed to complement the rhythm of the blues with the rich complexity of Canadian whisky.

JP Wisers is Canada’s oldest continuously produced whisky, dating back to 1857. Its award-winning traditional Canadian rye whiskies use a selection of superior grains from the Great Lakes region, but J.P. Wiser’s key legacy was to age his whisky longer than others at the time. In his words, quality is something you just can’t rush – whisky must take its time.
